Privacy & Terms
What we collect
Your account email, name, company and role; load details entered by brokers; photos you upload (BOLs, scale tickets, washout receipts, exception photos); delivery signatures; and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments — we never see or store card numbers.
How it is used and shared
Documents are shared only with the parties tied to a load (driver, broker, shipper, receiver, and each stop's own receiver). Photos are read by an AI service solely to fill in load fields. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Retention
Sealed records are tamper-proof by design and are kept as a dispute record for the life of the account and as required by freight record-keeping rules.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account by emailing privacy@bolvault.com. We respond within 30 days. Sealed documents another party relies on may be retained where the law allows, with your personal details removed.
Terms
Use BOLVault only for real freight documents you are entitled to share. Don't upload others' documents without authorization or attempt to access loads you are not part of. Broker plans are billed as described on the Billing page and may be cancelled anytime.
